This request returns Alternate Setting value set appointed interface.

Automatically answer of this request is no support.
According to INT_SETUP interrupt, If receiving request discerned SYNCH_FRAME, write data of
2byte in Frame No after EP0_DSET_Abit of DATASET register confirmed "0". When finishing, access
to EOP-register and write "0" to EP0_EOPBbit, and finish Status Stage. This transaction can useing
only in case of Endpoint support isochronous-transfer-type, and in case of support this request.
