3.10.3.21 COMMAND register
This register set COMMAND at each endpoint. This register can set select of endpoint in bit6-4 and
select of kindof COMMAND in bit3-0.
It is ignored that outputted COMMAND to don't support endpoint.

If you input this COMMAND, this COMMAND initializes applicable endpoint.
Initialized item by this COMMAND is below.
・Clear toggle-sequence-bit of applicable endpoint
・Clear STALL of applicable endpoint
・Set to FIFO_ENABELEcondition

If you input this COMMAND, this command compulsory set "0" to
toggle-sequence-bit in applicable endpoint.
Renewal data-toggle at transfer renew automatically by USBC.
If you compulsoly return "0" to toggle-sequence-bit in endpoint, you must
execute this COMMAND.
You don't have to execute this COMMND in contorol-transfer-type and
isochronous-transfer-type by controlling all in hardware.
If you clear STALL of endpoint in CLEAR_FEATURE-request,
you execute this COMMAND.（This executive don't affect transfer-mode）
This COMMAND is STALL applicable endpoint.（EP0-3）
If must return STALL handshake as answer to device-request, you execute
this COMMAND.
This COMMAND is condition prohibit making use of applicable endpoint
（EP1-3）.
If USBC detect in USB_RESET-signal from USB host, USBC prohibit using
it automatically that all endpoint except for endpoint0. If config and interface
is changed by devicerequest, you must prohibit using don't use endpoint.
Default set to disable, it need using isochronous-transfer.
