Perform the following to determine the part number for the failing item.
1. Are you working on a system unit?
v No: Continue with the next step.
v Yes: Exchange the failing system control panel card for the appropriate model.
– For Models 270 and 820:
- Model 270 Control panel tray without keystick (see Locations and addresses for part number)
- Model 820 Control panel tray with keystick (see Locations and addresses for part number)
