Recommended Service Action:
Load source interface error.
The power control logic detected a
power fault associated with an IOP or
IOA slot somewhere on Bus 1. The
power fault may be caused by a bad
slot or by a card plugged into that
slot.
First, isolate the problem to a card or
slot by unplugging all cards in slots
on Bus 1 other than the load source
IOP and the first storage IOA and try
an IPL.
If the problem persists, move the IOP
or IOA to other slots. If the problem
goes away, replace the service
processor. If the problem persists,
replace either the IOP or IOA and
retry the IPL.
If the problem has not been isolated
yet, plug each card back in one at a
time and retry the IPL until the
problem returns. Try an IPL with that
card in another slot. If the problem
returns, replace the card. Otherwise,
replace the service processor.
Load source internal error.
