Digital input measurement is disabled.

The number of pulses per sample interval is counted and converted to the number of revolutions per
minute.
Captures the cumulative number of pulses for each sampling interval from the start of measurement.

Enables hardware filter. It is effective in a noisy environment.
The filter is approximately 30 Hz (-3 dB).
Counts the rising edges of pulses.
