(5)-4 Access point setting
The connection between the GL240 and wireless sensor (GL100-WL) can be performed.
The access point setting is a setting when the GL240 operates as a base unit.
When selecting the wireless LAN as a station and then restarting the wireless LAN, the following screen is
displayed.

<Operation procedure>
(1) Set the SSID.
Enter in accordance with the procedure in "(9) Text input" described below.
By default, the identification name automatically generated from the GL240 name is displayed.
(2) Set the encryption method.
WEP or WPA-PSK/WPA2-PSK settings can be performed.
When the WIP system is selected, the [WEP] key is displayed.
When the WPA-PS/WPA2-PSK system is selected, the "Password" is displayed. Then, enter in
accordance with the procedure in "(9) Text input" described below.
(3) After the encryption method setting in (2) step is completed, the automatic setting (WPS) can be set.
Push button method or PIN method can be selected.
Set the wireless LAN channel to be used from 1ch to 13ch.
(4) Set the stealth.
This is used to set as so to not be able to search the SSID from the other terminal. Enter directly the SSID
name to the device to be connected.

SSID input
Set the SSID (access point identification name) of the GL240.
Up to 32 characters of the alphanumeric characters and symbols can be entered.
Automatic setting
This function allows you to perform the settings of the connection and security for
(WPS)
wireless LAN unit easily.
Select the Push button method / PIN method and then start the WPS automatic
setting
Encryption
Perform the encryption setting.

WEP: Set the WEP key to 10 digits alphanumeric characters and symbols for the
WEP64 and to 26 digits alphanumeric characters for the WEP128.
WPA-PS/WPA2-PSK: Set the password in 8 to 63 alphanumeric characters and
symbols.
WEP key
This is displayed when the encryption was set. Perform the key setting.
Channel
Perform 1ch to 13ch settings.
Stealth
Set the SSID concealment mode.
11n
Select whether or not to use the wireless standard 11n.
Reflection of
Reflect the settings of the encryption method, WEP key, and password.

Perform the TCP-IP setting.
After setting, restart to reflect the settings.
For details, refer to "(5)-6 Server setting".
Wireless sensor
When the wireless sensor is searched and specified, the modules connected to
the wireless sensor are displayed. (AMP1 for one module, AMP1 and AMP2 for two
modules are displayed.) Perform power cycle after operating the OK to change the
wireless sensor settings.
