(6)-3 Power On Start
Sets the feature which initiates measurement as soon as the GL240 isturned on.

When turned On the power, it may take some time until the wireless sensor is recognized.
If the data capture is started despite the wireless sensor has not been recognized, the captured data is
displayed as the " ****** " until the wireless sensor is recognized.

(6)-5 Temp. Unit
Toggles the temperature unit between °C (Centigrade) and °F (Fahrenheit) for temperature settings.
When °F (Fahrenheit) is selected, calculation is performed using the following formula:
°F (Fahrenheit) = °C (Centigrade) x 1.8 + 32
Calculate the accuracy as: Centigrade accuracy x 1.8.
(6)-6 Background Color
Sets the background colors of the waveform display area and the digital display area.
(6)-7 Burn Out
Sets a feature which checks sensor burnout in a thermocouple.

During a burnout check, voltage is applied to the GL240. Therefore, set Burn Out to "Off" when GL240 is
connected in parallel with other devices to avoid any effect from these voltages.
When turning On the power, the capture is started automatically.
Even when turning On the power, the capture is not started automatically.
The room temperature compensation in the GL240 is enabled.
(Please usually select the "Internal".)
This is used to execute the room temperature compensation through external device.
Burnout check is disabled.
Periodical burnout check is conducted.
