P4.39 Speed deviation setting
This parameter is used to set the detection condition of the speed error. If the absolute value of
the minus of actual speed command and motor speed is larger than this value and lasts for more
than 100ms, it will report speed error alarm.
Note: If it is set to 0, the speed error will not be detected.
