Enabling or Disabling IGMP Snooping on a VLAN Interface

Follow these steps to enable IGMP snooping on a VLAN interface:
SUMMARY STEPS
1. enable
2. configure terminal
3. ip igmp snooping vlan vlan-id
4. end
5. copy running-config startup-config

ip igmp snooping vlan vlan-id
Example:
Switch(config)# ip igmp snooping vlan 7
Purpose
Enables privileged EXEC mode. Enter your password if prompted.
Enters the global configuration mode.
Enables IGMP snooping on the VLAN interface. The VLAN ID
range is 1 to 1001 and 1006 to 4094.
IGMP snooping must be globally enabled before you can enable
VLAN snooping.
