Restricting the Use of Memory Media

Although memory media such as USB memory devices provide convenience, they can also be a source of information
leakage if they are not properly managed. This section describes the procedure for prohibiting the use of memory
media, as well as for restricting the ability to save scanned documents on memory media or print data from memory
media. Administrator or DeviceAdmin privileges are required in order to configure these settings.
