You can assign a name for the forwarding condition.

● Forwarding settings are stored when you press <OK> on the registration or details/edit screen to
complete registration.
● You cannot store settings that are the same as existing settings.

Enable the forwarding conditions.
● On the screen in step 3, select the forwarding condition, and press <Validate/Invalidate> to enable it.
● If the selected destination is a group address which contains a Mail Box, the received document will not
be forwarded to (and stored in) that Mail Box.
● If you select <I-Fax> for <Receive Method:>, you cannot specify a WebDAV server as the forwarding
destination. If the selected destination is a group address which contains a WebDAV server, the
document is not forwarded to the WebDAV server.
● You cannot select multiple destinations. To forward to multiple destinations, select a group address.
