The machine is not connected to the network.
● If you want to use the machine without connecting to a network, set <Confirm Network Connection
Setting Changes> to <Off>.

The hard disk needs to be replaced. (Call service representative.)
The hard disk has failed. Alternatively, a hard disk is not installed.
● Contact your local authorized Canon dealer.
● If the optional Removable HDD Kit is installed, check the hard disk.

● Remove the paper remaining in the output tray. Printing starts automatically.
Check the punch waste tray.

● Place the original on the platen glass.

● Restart the machine. If the message is still displayed after restarting the machine, make a note of the
message and contact your local authorized Canon dealer.
● Output the paper to a tray with a working paper alignment function.
