Run the display vsi pw out-interface vsi a2 command on PE1, and you can view that the
outbound interface of the MPLS TE tunnel between 1.1.1.9 and 3.3.3.9 is Tunnel 1/0/0, but the
actual outbound interface is VLANIF20.
