CE1 and CE3 can ping each other. CE2 and CE4 can ping each other.
Take CE1 for example.
[CE1] ping 10.3.1.1
PING 10.3.1.1: 56
--- 10.3.1.1 ping statistics ---
CE1 cannot ping CE2 or CE4. CE3 cannot ping CE2 or CE4.
For example, if you ping CE4 from CE1, the information is displayed as follows:
[CE1] ping 10.4.1.1
PING 10.4.1.1: 56
