Seat Removal/Installation; Seat Cowl - Honda VTR1000F Service Manual

SEAT
REMOVAL
Unlock the seat with the ignition key.
Pull the seat back and remove it.
INSTALLATION
Install the seat, inserting the prong into the recess
under the frame and the catches into the hooks of
the frame.
Push the seat forward, then down to lock it.

Remove the seat.
Disconnect the taillight connectors.
Remove the two trim clips.
Remove the four screws, washers and the seat
cowl.
Install the seal cowl in the reverse order of removal.
