Install the right crankcase cover and tighten the
thirteen bolts.
Route the ignition pulse generator wire properly
(page 1-18).
Connect the ignition pulse generator connector.
Install the dowel pins and a new O-ring into the wa-
ter pump cover groove.
Connect the lower radiator hose to the water pump
cover.
Install the water pump cover onto the right crank-
case cover and tighten the four bolts.
Connect the carburetor heater water outlet hose
and bypass hose to the water pump cover.
Fill and bleed the cooling system (page 6-5).
