Temporarily install the forks into the fork bridges.
Loosen the steering stem nut.
Remove the forks, stem nut and fork top bridge.
Straighten the lock washer tabs.
Remove the steering bearing adjustment nut lock
nut and lock washer.
Remove the steering bearing adjustment nut using
the special tool.
TOOL:
Steering stem socket 07916-3710101
Remove the dust seal.
