Restart the controller. If the controller is not restored, recover
the HDD. Refer to the ipc1-im8130 Operator's Guide (Basic).
If the controller is still not restored, contact your Imagistics
authorized dealer for support.
If this message is displayed during Template selection, the
selected template may be disfunctional and the template
settings should be verified in Printer Utility. Otherwise, restart
the controller. If the controller is not restored, recover the
HDD. Refer to the ipc1-im8130 Operator's Guide (Basic). If
the controller is still not restored, contact your Imagistics
authorized dealer for support.
Restart both the controller and the copier. If the controller is
not restored after restarting, recover the HDD. Refer to the
ipc1-im8130 Operator's Guide (Basic). If the controller is still
not restored, contact your Imagistics authorized dealer for
support.
Scanning cannot start due to copier status. Correct copier
operation and try scanning again.
Scanner memory is full and your request has not been
accepted. Use Printer Utility to confirm the job is in process.
When all jobs have been completed, delete them from the
queue. If the error persists, restart the controller. If this does
not resolve the error, contact your Imagistics authorized
dealer for support.
Verify that there are no active users. Execute [SCAN] –
[Administration] – [Delete Files] on Printer Utility
(administrator mode) and delete the Data Processing Folder.
Refer to the Printer Utility Online help or the Printer Utility
chapter of the ipc1-im8130 Administrator's Guide. If the
controller is not restored, contact your Imagistics authorized
dealer for support.
Verify that there are no active users. Execute [SCAN] –
[Administration] – [Delete Files] on Printer Utility
(administrator mode) and delete the Shared File Folder or
TWAIN Data Folder. Refer to the Printer Utility Online help or
the Printer Utility chapter of the ipc1-im8130 Administrator's
Guide. If the controller is not restored, contact your Imagistics
authorized dealer for support.
