USING THE ADDRESS BOOK WITH SCAN TEMPLATES

1 On the

2 Click the
Directory Services
The Directory Service Properties page opens.
3 Click to create a new directory service.

Click to change an existing directory service
Edit
Click to remove a directory service.
Delete
4 Enter the directory service name, Server IP Address and Port
Number. Alternately, you can enter a Search Base, select a
Search Timeout and enter a Maximum Number of Results.
5 Click .
OK
When you configure scan agent templates, the recipients can be
chosen from existing contacts in the Imagistics address book or
created as new recipients. Recipients can also be chosen from an
existing directory service

Accessing the Address Book

1 From the Template Properties - Agent Settings page, click the
Scan Agents drop-down arrow and select the scan agent for
the template (Send to Email or Send to iFax).
