Problem Description
There are many variables within a network environment that
make installing an integrated device challenging. The easiest
environment in which to install the controller is over TCP/IP
using a DHCP server to dynamically assign and resolve IP
addresses between devices.
Using the default configuration settings also assures an easier
implementation. However, you may be required to customize the
settings to accommodate your particular network environment.
Some common network configuration options are shown below,
with the steps required to configure a ipc1-im8130 controller in
each. If you perform all the steps in the applicable checklist and
still cannot print satisfactorily to the ipc1-im8130 controller,
contact your Imagistics authorized dealer for further assistance.
