The OSPFv3 interface parameter instance is invalid. Specify within
the range of 0 to 255.

More than 255 values are defined in dot notation. Specify value
within the range of 0 to 255.
<Value>: Specified value
The OSPFv3 cost in configuration information is invalid. Specify
within the range of 0 to 65535.
<Cost>: Specified cost value
The OSPFv3 interface cost in configuration information is invalid.
Specify within the range of 1to 65535.
