Call for Service
CAUTION
A Call for Service message indicates a machine condition that requires the attention of
your Konica service centre.
Call for Service Screen
Procedure
1 Immediately make note of the Report code No. indicated in the upper portion of the
screen.
2 Turn OFF the main power switch.
3 Unplug the machine.
4 Contact your Konica service
centre and report the condition
and code No.
