Driveshafts Installation
1 . P u l l t h e k n u c k l e o u t w a r d . a n d i n s t a l l t h e o u t b o a r d
joint into the rear hub.
2. Install the inboard joint (A) intothe rear differential
(B) by aligning the reference marks (C), then install
the six inboard joint mounting bolts (D) and nuts {E).

3. Install the knuckle (A) onto the lower arm (B). Be
careful not to damage the ball joint boot (C). Wipe
off the grease before tightening the nut at the ball
joint. Torque the castle nut (D) to the lower torque
specification, then tighten it only far enough to
align the slot with the pin hole. Do not align the nut
by loosening it.
NOTE: Make sure the balljoint boot is not damage
or cracks.

Install the new cotter pin (E) into the pin hole, and
bend the cotter pin.
Install the ABS sensor harness (A) on the upper
a r m .
