Radio Remote Switch Test
Remove the instrument panel (see page 20-80).
Disconnect the 6P connector (A) from the switch.
Remove the three mounting screws (B).
Measure resistance between the No. 5 and No.6
terminals in each switch position according to the
table.
lf the resistance is not as specified, replace the
switch.

5. Check for continuity between the terminals in each
switch position according to the table.
lf the continuity is not as specified, replace the
illumination bulb{s) (B) or the switch.

COMBINATION LIGHT SWITCH ON

COMBINATION LIGHT SWITCH OFF
With the MUTE switch ON, check for continuity
between the No.2 (+) and No. 1 ( ) terminals.
There should be continuity. lf there is no continuity,
reolace the switch.
