9. Slide new cushion rings (A) onto the injectors (B).
12 N.m 11.2 kgf.m,8.7 lbt ft)
10. Coat new O-rings (C)with clean engine oil, and put them on the iniectors.
11. Insert the injectors into the fuel rail (D).

Install the injectors in the intake manifold.
14. Install and tighten the retainer nuts.

16. Connectthevacuum hosesandfuel retu rn hose to the fuel pressure regulator.

Connect the PCV valve.
18. Turn the ignition switch ON (ll), but do not operate the starter. After the fuel pump runs for approximately 2
seconds, the fuel pressure in the fuel line rises. Repeat this 2 or 3 times, then check whether there is any fuel
