w i l l g o t h r o u g h t h e n o z z l e h o l e ( A ) ( ' 1 . 6 m m
( 0 . 0 6 i n . ) d i a m e t e r ) .
I n s e r t t h e e n d o f a 1 . 1 m m ( 0 . 0 4 i n . ) d r i l l i n t o t h e
o i l i n t a k e ( 1 . 2 m m ( 0 . 0 5 i n . ) d i a m e t e r ) .
Make sure the check ball {B) moves smoothly and
h a s a s t r o k e o f a p p r o x i m a t e l y 4 . 0 m m ( 0 . 1 6 i n . ) .
Check the oil jet operation with an air nozzle. lt
should take at least 200 kPa (2.0 kgflcm',28 psi)
to unseat the check ball.
NOTE: Replace the oil jet assembly if the nozzle is
d a m a g e d o r b e n t .
Mounting torque is critical. Be very precise when
i n s t a l l i n g .
Torque; 16 N.m {1.6 kgf m, 12lbf.ft)
