Clutch Replacement (cont'd)
8. Remove the clutch disc and sDecial tools.
Inspect the lining of the clutch disc for signs of
s l i p p i n g o r o i l . l f t h e c l u t c h d i s c i s b u r n e d b l a c k o r
oil soaked, replace it.
Measure the clutch disc thickness. lf the thickness
is less than the service limit, replace the clutch disc.

Service Limit:
6.0 mm {0.24 in.,

11. Measure the rivet depth from the lining surface (A)
to rivets (B), on both sides. lf the rivet depth is less
than the service limit, replace the clutch disc.
Standard lNew): 1.2 1.7 mm {0.047-0.067 in.)
