Offi ceBridge Functions
Offi ceBridge functions enable you to review the scanned document using the browser.
Offi ceBridge has four functions as follows:
· Scan to User
· Bulletin board
· Circulation
· Request processing

Scan to User
Using the scan to user function, you can send the scanned image to OffceBridge users.

Bulletin board
Bulletin Board is a function that makes it possible to share information among registered
users. Any registered Offi ceBridge users can view the scanned documents with a board
viewing period set.

Circulation
Using the circulation function, you can distribute information to individual Offi ceBridge
users. Both the originator and recipients can check the read status of each document. Also,
a preservation time period to store the document can be set.

Request processing
Request processing allows users to request document processing to other users. The
processor can notify the originator of its status and completion. If the processor cannot
process the document, she/he can forward the document to another user for processing.

Operating tips
In order to use the Offi ceBridge functions, you need to be registered as the Offi ceBridge user. For more in-
formation about user registration, refer to the "OfficeBridge Reference Manual".
You can also use the Offi ceBridge functions to forward, post, circulate or request processing the data that is
scanned or created with PC application software. For more information about these operations, refer to the
"OfficeBridge Reference Manual".
These functions are available only in B & W scanning.
