Recorded in the following order.
(1) Destination name registered in speed-dial etc.
(transmission only)
(2) Fax numbers registered in speed-dial or those
designated by the numeric keys (transmission only)
(3) Sender name registered in the other party
(4) Sender number registered in the other party
(5) Blank
3. Mode
Resolution selected in the communication.
4. Start Time
The time the communication started.
5. Time
Time required from the start to the completion of
communications.
6. Page
Number of pages communicated.
7. Dept
When the department management has been set,
the department number is recorded here.
