Batch Transmission

You can prepare the batch transmission boxes with setting a specifi ed sending date and
time for the exclusive destination you often transmit faxes to, which enables you to batch
and send the several documents.
Stored faxes can be transmitted every day at a preset time or on the same date each
month.

Registering batch transmission boxes

1 Press the <Setting> key.
2 Press [Fax Functions].

Press [Batch Tx Box].
4 Press [Enter/Edit].
