Countermeasure
One or more of the following operations was attempted either
during real-time transmission or when real-time transmission was
reserved.
· The <Stop> key was pressed.
· Transmission to a different destination was instructed.
· To store a document reserved for polling was instructed.
Wait for the real-time transmission to finish, or cancel the reserva-
tion for real-time transmission before operating the unit.
The same number has already been entered. Check the number
and re-enter it.
You tried to change to the fax screen during Fax & Copy. Change
to the fax screen after Fax & Copy function finishes.
You are trying to enter the dial directly in the destination for the
F-code box relay instruction. Enter the destination by the one-
touch keys, speed-dials or group numbers. Numeric keys cannot be
used.
The number of reserved command has exceeded 100. Up to 100
reserved commands can be registered.
Wait until the current reserved operations are completed before
attempting the operation. Or, use the real-time transmission.
A communication error occurred. Check the contents of the com-
munication error and repeat the operation.
Press the <Stop> key if the "Communication error" does not disap-
pear.
40 or more documents have been registered in the box specified for
the batch transmission. Print the batch transmission document
list to check the document. Then, delete the document to decrease
the number of document to 39 or less.
A polling reservation has already been stored. Normally, only one
polling reservation can be stored.
Batch transmission has been stored. When a batch transmission
has been stored, the batch transmission box cannot be deleted.
No sub-address has been entered in the F-Code relay box. Enter
the sub-address.
No sub-address has been entered in the F-Code box. Enter the
sub-address.
Wrong protect passcode was entered. Enter the correct passcode.
A ratio less than 100% was specified for enlarge transmission.
A reduction ratio cannot be specified, reset the ratio to 100% or
more.
I.D.code such as for the security box was wrong. Enter the correct
I.D.code.
