Settings
You can use the department management function to limit the users when transmitting
faxes and making copies by requiring input of a department code.
You can also calculate the number of pages of faxes or copies made, as well as costs for
copying and faxing, for each department number.
■Operation fl ow
(1) Register the cost per page for copy or fax charge management. (page 5-12)
(2) Register the department numbers and names. (page 5-14)
(3) Set the department management function ON. (page 5-17)
(4) Use the department number to make copies and transmit faxes. (page 5-18)
(5) Check the department list for operation conditions. (page 5-20)

Register the cost per page for copy or fax, if collecting copy or fax change per department.
