There are two methods for receiving internet faxes using POP, as described below.

1. At speciﬁ ed time intervals

2. At user's will (Real-time)

If you receive only a few documents each day, or you want to check the reception immediately, use

the real-time method. This manual describes the real-time method only.

For more information about setting the ﬁ rst method, refer to the "PC User's Guide".

In this case

If you have set "Received Fax Forwarding" in "Admin Tools" of the

Ofﬁ ceBridge in advance, you can view the received fax and e-mail by

the browser. For more information about setup, refer to the "PC User's

Internet FAX

Checking for New E-mail

Press the <FAX> key.

Press [Tx Menu], [Others], [ ] or

Press [Check Mail].
