Countermeasure
More than one destination number was specified using the nu-
meric keys when registering the forwarding destination. You can
specify only one destination number using the numeric keys when
registering the forwarding destination.
You tried to cancel the communication when automatically trans-
mitting the order sheet. Transmission of the order sheet cannot be
canceled.
The handset is off the hook. Put back the handset.
The number selected for printing a reserved transmission has
been reserved for real-time transmission.
The box selected when storing or deleting the F-code document is
the relay box. Select the bulletin box.
You are trying to cancel the security reception when there is the
security reception document.
Print the received document.
The box selected when storing or deleting the F-code document is
the secure box. Select the bulletin box.
During security reception. Print the security reception document.
You tried to turn on all fax forward settings in the Tel mode. Fax
forward function cannot be used in the Tel mode.
No destination has been registered for fax forwarding, or no regis-
tered destination has been set to ON. Set at least one destination
to ON for fax forwarding.
No document is loaded in the ADF for transmitting the duplex
document. Reload the document and operate again.
The <Stop> key was pressed during fax transmission. Cancel the
transmission by the <Fax Cancel/Job Confirm.> key.
You entered names or numbers exceeding the maximum limit. Re-
enter within the maximum number of characters.
You tried to select two or more destinations when registering the
batch transmission box.
You tried to select two or more fax forwarding destinations.
You tried to store 30 or more documents in the F-code bulletin
board.
30 or more destination numbers were specified using the numeric
keys for the batch transmission. Specify less than 30 destinations.
Automatically redialed more than the preset number of redialing.
Could not communicate because the line was busy.
