Countermeasure
The number of fi les exceeds 10, or the data size exceeds the limit.
Scanning data size available for B&W scan once is 10Mbytes,
20Mbytes for color scan. If the data exceeds the limit shown above,
divide the data to scan twice or more.
In the magnifi cation setting for Scan to Printer, other than the
fi xed magnifi cation has been selected.
When "Transmitted Fax" of "Archive Settings" in the Offi ceBridge
is set to "ON", you have tried to transmit manually.
A printer for Scan to Printer has not been registered.
To attach a fi le, [Enter] has been pressed before specifying a fi le.
The machine cannot store documents into memory any more.
Try to create the smaller data such as by changing the resolution,
and scan again.
You have entered nonexistent path in the folder shortcut registra-
tion.
When "Transmitted Fax" of "Archive Settings" in the Offi ceBridge
is set to "ON", you have selected memory transmission.
[Journal Daily Report] was pressed when the journal report auto
print function is OFF.
