Screen display during reception

The other party's number is shown in the screen, and the received pages will be printed out on
receiving each page. The communicating lamp illuminates until the communication is completed.
Note
· Do not pull out the paper cassette during printing. This could cause a paper jam.
· The paper output tray can hold up to 250 sheets. Do not accumulate too much paper in the tray. Too much accumulated
paper could cause output problems or paper jams.
Note
· The other party is displayed with the following priority. 1. Sender name registered in the other party 2. Sender number
registered in the other party
· Reception will be canceled when the memory overfl ows during reception. Contact the other party and ask them to transmit
again.

Out-of-paper reception

Out-of-paper reception is the function that stores the received document in memory when it
cannot be printed because the paper runs out or a paper jam occurs. When you solve the problem,
the stored documents will be printed automatically. While an out-of-paper document is stored in
memory, the <Memory Receive> lamp will remain illuminated.

Leave the machine power ON when replacing paper and toner.
Note
· The memory can receive and hold a maximum of 250 communications and approximately 8014 sheets of A4 size Muratec
standard documents (standard 128MB memory), but it varies depending on the amount of memory used.
· When the memory overfl ows during out-of-paper reception, the fax reception will be canceled and an error message is
displayed. When you solve the problem, the part of the received document stored in memory will be printed. Contact the
other party and ask them to transmit again.
· When the power shuts off during out-of-paper reception, the contents stored in memory will be preserved for approximately
17 hours (standard 128MB memory). However, the power must be on for 48 hours in advance.
