For more information on how to enter/edit the OB address book, refer to the "PC User's Guide".
● Up to 500 destinations frequently used for fax transmission can be registered. Speed-dials
001 to 048 correspond to one-touch keys 01 to 48. For example, the destination registered
in the one-touch key 01 is the same as the one registered for the speed-dial 001.
● In addition to the each destination's name and fax number, you can enter the group
numbers in the speed-dial.
Operating tips
The following items can be entered in the speed-dial. Prepare the necessary information in advance.
· Destination number : Up to 40 digits can be entered.
· Destination name
· Alphabet
· Group No.
Reference
· You can allocate a name to each group. (page 3-231)

Entering/Editing

This section describes the procedure for entering a fax number and/or destination name in the
speed-dial. To change the number or name, overwrite or delete the existing information in each step.

: Up to 24 characters can be entered.
: The keyword character when using the index in the address book. Up to 8
characters and numbers can be entered.
: You can enter the group number when dividing the speed-dials into groups. This
enables you to transmit faxes and search by group.
