You can set the default values of copy functions, the document type or contrast for the
documents to be copied. Changing the default values of often-used functions can shorten
the time required to adjust settings.
Operating tips
● Default settings establish the status when a document is loaded or the <Reset> key is pressed to return
to the standby screen. The default values are re-established if the machine is left without any operation
for a set period of time. (Copy screen automatic reset)
● Factory defaults are the settings established at the time of shipment.
