Performing batch transmissions

Operating tips
● Batch transmission boxes must be set in advance. (page 3-69)
●There are fi ve batch transmission boxes and up to 40 documents can be stored in each.
● During transmission, a batch number for each document in the specifi ed batch transmission box is
displayed. We recommend you should make a record of these batch numbers, which will control the
documents and will be required for reviewing and deleting documents.
