Using [Index]
If you have numerous destinations and groups registered in your address book, you
may fi nd the [Index] a useful tool in fi nding them.

Load the document.

Press the <SCAN> key.
3 Press [E-mail], and [Others].
4 Press [Index].

Select the corresponding
button that contains the fi rst
letter of the name or group. If
the destination begins with a
symbol, select [Symbol]. To view
the destinations by their Address
Book number, select [Numeric
List].

The entries will now be displayed
based on your selection. If you
have multiple destinations
registered, witch the tab using
[ ] or [ ].
7 Select the desired destination(s).
