Using a registered template
You can select a registered template to simplify the entry process. You can register
up to ten templates.

Load the document.

Press the <FAX> key.

Press [Tx Menu].
4 Press [Others], [E-mail Subject].
5 Press [Template].

Select the desired template.
If the desired template is not
shown on the display, press [▲]
or [▼] to go to the next page.
7 Press [Enter].

If you want to edit the subject or
the text message, select either
[Subject] or [Mail Text] and
edit it. Refer steps 5 to 11 on
pages from 3-172 to 3-173 for
instructions.
