Case...
If a document jam occurs, an alarm will sound and a message will be displayed. Remove
the paper carefully, following the procedure.

Document Jams

1 (1) Lift the ADF cover release
lever (A1) to open the ADF
cover.
(2) Remove the jammed
document. If the document
cannot be removed, proceed to
step 2.

(1) Open the inside cover (A2).
(2) Gently pull out the jammed
document.
If the document cannot be
removed, proceed to step 3.
