When canceling the transmission

communication document will be
deleted.

To cancel the specifi ed destination
(1) Press [Detail].
Each destination specifi ed by the
broadcast transmission will be
displayed.
"Reserved" ................ Destination which
has not yet been
called.
"In Progress" ............ Destination
which is currently
communicating.
"Completed" .............. Destination which
communication
has fi nished.
"Deleting" ................. Displayed until
the deletion
is actually
completed.
"Redial" ..................... Destination which
is waiting for redial.
(2) To cancel the communication,
select the destination to be
canceled.
(3) Press [Delete]. The selected
communication document will be
deleted.
6 Press [Enter] to return to the
list of communication reserved
document.
