Removing And Installing The Throttle Valve Control Unit J338 - Skoda Octavia III 2013 Workshop Manual

Octavia III 2013 ➤ , Octavia III 2014 ➤ , Yeti 2010 ➤ , Yeti 2011 ➤
1.6/81 kW MPI engine - Edition 06.2014
– Remove electric harness -1- to the brackets -arrows-.
– Release screws -arrows-.
– Raise intake manifold and remove the wire harness -arrow-
from the bottom part of the intake manifold.
– Remove intake manifold -1-.
If the intake manifold should be replaced, remove the throttle
valve control unit - J338-
Install
Installation is performed in a similar way in the reverse order. Pay
attention to the following points:
– Observe proper seating of gaskets.
Note
Replace gaskets and O-rings.
– Install the noise insulation ⇒ Body Work; Rep. gr. 66 .
– Install air filter housing
