4) Fit the spring on the Duplex Unit to the protrusion on the bearing holder of Secondary
Transfer Outer Roller Unit and install it one after other.
5) Reinstall the rear stopper.
■ Actions after Replacement
When replacing the Secondary Transfer Outer Roller, execute the service mode.
COPIER > FUNCTION > CLEANING > TNR-COAT
Execute the following in user mode: (Settings/Registration > Adjustment/Maintenance >
Adjust Image Quality > Auto Adjust Gradation).

1) Open the Right Lower Cover and Right Upper Cover.(Refer to page 4-175)
2) Remove the Right Rear Cover.
• 1 screw (RS tight; M4)
• 2 screws (TP; M3)
• 1 claw
