• Fails of optical block assembly 0/1: MAIN BASE
• Fails of optical block assembly 2/3: SUB BASE
• Fails of both optical block assemblies: BOTH
A problem may exist in the following.
• Flexible card wire (FPC) connection between the DR-683 board and the optical block assembly is defective.
• The optical block assembly is defective.
