Remove the CA side slider L.
(1) Remove the two retaining rings, then remove the two bearings (DDL-F-415ZZ).
(2) Remove the CA side slider L.
(3) Remove the two CA lower plate rollers.

Tip
• When attaching the CA side slider L, insert (e) to (h) of the carry loader assembly into (a) to (d) of the CA
side slider L.
• When attaching the CA side slider L, apply the grease FLOIL (FLOIL G-902) in the same way as the CA
side slider R.
• When the CA side slider L is removed, the return arm pops out. If you continue the procedure as it is, it has
a risk of bending the tip of the return arm. Therefore, slide the portions (g) on both sides in the direction of
the arrow to put the return arm inside of the CA middle loader assembly, then continue the procedure.

Apply the grease FLOIL (FLOIL
G-902) (amount of about 1/2 size
of a grain of rice) to the two CA
lower plate rollers.
