Code Description
3D-901 The 5V-SAG detection func-
tion was activated disabling
the system to start. (On side
0)
3E-500 The drive is not placed in the
correct orientation. Or, an ab-
normal orientation was de-
tected during operation.
Place the drive at the correct.
3E-501 The drive is not placed in the
correct orientation. Place the
drive at the correct and then
turn off and on the power.

Error remedy method
1. Check the power cable connection.
• Check the power cable for firm con-
nection and damage.
• When the power cable is properly con-
nected, unplug and plug it and then
check whether this situation is im-
proved.
2. Check the power supply to the unit for fluc-
tuation.
Note
If a high-power device is connected to the
same power channel as this unit, power sup-
ply voltage may be unstable depending on
the startup or operation of the device. In this
case, connect the power of this unit inde-
pendently and then check whether this situa-
tion is improved.
3. Check the PP-61 board installation status.
4. Check the flexible flat cable connection be-
tween PP-61 board and BI-353 board (ODS-
D280U)/BF-92 board (ODS-D280F).
• Improper connection (half insertion or
oblique insertion)
• Damage to connectors
• Significant scratches or disconnection
of flexible flat cables
• Damage or contamination at connect-
ing parts (Unplug flexible flat cables.)
5. Check the main base assembly installation
status.
1. Check whether the drive is placed in the cor-
rect orientation.
• When the drive is placed in the correct
orientation, turn off and on the drive
and then check whether this situation
is improved.

2. Check the BI-353 board (ODS-D280U)/
BF-92 board (ODS-D280F) installation sta-
tus.
