Main-beam headlamps
Make sure that the light switch is at po-
sition B.
To switch on: press the combination
switch towards 1 until it engages.
The A main-beam indicator lamp in
the instrument cluster lights up.
Headlamp flasher
The headlamp flasher will only operate if
the ignition is switched on.
Pull the combination switch briefly to-
wards 2.
The A main-beam indicator lamp in
the instrument cluster lights up briefly.
Turn signals

1 To indicate a right-hand turn
2 To indicate a left-hand turn
Make sure that the ignition is switched
on.
To switch on: press the combination
switch in the direction of arrow 1
or 2 until it engages.
The corresponding turn signal indicator
lamp in the instrument cluster lights
up.
The combination switch returns to its
initial position automatically if the
steering wheel is moved sufficiently.

Hazard warning lamps
The hazard warning lamps still operate if
the ignition is switched off.

However, the hazard warning lamps will not
work if a blackout lighting setting is selected
( page 68).
The switch is located on the upper section
of the centre console.

Make sure that the battery isolating
switch is turned on.
To switch on: press the lower section
of the switch.
All the turn signal lamps flash.
To switch off: press the upper section
of the switch.
All the turn signal lamps go out.
