Vehicle tool kit
Check that the jack is in working order.
Make certain that there is a wheel nut
wrench, a strong tow rope and a spade
in the vehicle.
Tyres and wheels
Check tread depth and tyre pressure.
Check for damage and remove foreign
bodies, e.g. small stones, from the tyre
tread.
Replace any missing valve caps.
Replace dented or damaged wheels.
Check the spare wheel before the jour-
ney.
